Keep your number. Choose how it connects.
Forward unanswered calls where your carrier supports it, choose a new number, or transfer an eligible one. Explore the setup options below.
1. Choose your call path
Forwarding needs a dedicated destination number and carrier setup. Number availability, transfer eligibility, and timing vary.
OPTIONAL GOOGLE CONTACTS
Put a name to the number.
Connect Google Contacts with read-only access, then choose Sync now to import saved names, email addresses and usable phone numbers. Google Contacts is in testing and requires an approved test account until Google verification is complete.
Imports match contacts by phone number. They do not change your Google contacts, run automatically or give permission to send texts. Disconnect removes the stored Google credentials; imported contacts stay in your business address book until removed separately.
OPTIONAL CALENDAR CONNECTIONS
Give the next step a time.
Connect Google Calendar or Calendly. Your team prepares an available time and shares a private link. The customer confirms the appointment.
Calendar booking requires setup and activation. The text conversation does not book on its own. Later provider-side changes are not automatically synced back.

Prepare a time for a customer
Choose a qualified lead from active recovery. Demo leads and suppressed contacts cannot receive booking offers. This creates a link for you to share; it does not send a message.
